My car was hit in the parking lot at walmart.it looked liked someone backed into my front grill..they provided me with a loaner and the work was done within 3 days..I've leased cars from cause over 15 years and they have always been courteous and effecient.

Jerry suggested a rebate that was not visible online, so I greatly appreciated his help. No one at the dealership attempted to over-sell warranties, and no one insulted me (unlike other dealerships) for declining. Jerry and company were very friendly and professional.

If I could rate you lower than Poor I would have. Took my Yukon in for service engine light on 2/6 they could not find anything picked up vehicle 2/7 light came back on while I was headed home. Contacted service dept set up appt for 2/12 at 9:00 am dropped vehicle off no call until Friday so I called around 2:00 PM was told still did not have a chance to look at vehicle. Called Tuesday afternoon as still no call left message, no return call . Called back asked to speak to Service Mgr left message around 4:00 NO return call. Called Wednesday to check on status was told I was the next vehicle to be looked at 1 week later. I asked to have the vehicle ready for pick up as I am taking it to another GMC dealership. Just letting you know I will not be back.

I am very disappointed the warranty recall on my GMC Denali rear wheel potential lock up was only a software monitoring fix and that the defective transmission part was not replaced.

The body shop manager Windell is unprofessional and confrontational. After I had work done to my truck he comes across as a standoffish and rude. After expressing concerns with my truck and the work that was performed he has no patience to explain he took the stance he was right and how dare I seek understanding of the matter. Then with my frustration he made unprofessional remarks to me and I then proceeded to curse at him. I am not proud of myself but this person needs to be spoken to, but I know it will go on deaf ears.

All the service was performed as professionally as usual. The length of time was for the service was very good. I was disappointed though when I was told a noise in the air conditioning fan could not be investigated at this time and would take a service scheduled for 2 to 3 days and would be without a vehicle for that length of time. Long time to be without a primary vehicle!

getting an appointment took longer than I anticipated, luckily my vehicle was still drivable - but it was evaluated, repaired ( everything was covered under warranty) and returned to me within a few days

The experience was ok, I came in for an oil change and tire rotation and it took around 45 mins in total, not terrible. The issue I am running into now is I am getting “Service TPMS” messages on my dash and consistently losing connectivity to a sensor, this started 10 mins after I drove away and is constantly happening no matter how many times I “re-learn”

Drop off and Pick up were fine. However the quality of the actual finished complete brake replacement has left much to be desired. prior to service the truck slowed and stopped very smoothly and quietly. Braking in reverse was perfect as well. After pickup, while on the way home, upon slowing down for the first traffic light, the new brakes grabbed in a pulsating way that caused my chest to move forward at legal speeds. When the truck stopped it was a major "grab" even though I would release the brake pad pressure. I also heard loud deep sounding "thuds" while braking. Morning brings a high pitched sequel upon first application of the brake. I am returning the vehicle today for an inspection.

Josh, who took care of me when I came in, not only had my loaner waiting for me, but took care of the problem I was coming in for and plus it was close to my oil, change date, so they did it all then. I got my car back the next day called me early enough to make it there so I wouldn’t have to Drive the loaner for another day. I don’t like driving other people‘s cars. That’s why the sooner I get it back to the dealership the better I can’t say enough about Josh. Everything about the interface to arrange for, and receive, routine maintenance for my car was wonderful! Ease in scheduling the appointment with a HUMAN attendant, prompt and courteous attention upon arrival at the dealership, fine work performed in a timely fashion, AND a car wash to boot to leave the dealership with my vehicle looking and feeling like new. Even the 'wait room' was pleasant ... television and free coffee (though the service was prompt and I didn't spend much time there)! I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else!

As always it was a good visit. However, when I made the appointment on line, I specified a particular consultant. I went to his station and waited for about 10 minutes because he was on the phone. It took him that long to speak to me - telling me that he would be awhile and I should stand by my car and let someone else help me. I just think that was a little insensitive of my time! made an appointment for service and arrived a few minutes early, was admitted into the service bay on my appointment time and Kevin took care of my check in. reviewed my request and had me sign release document and ask me to relax and take a seat in the lounge, he would come get me when the service was complete (approximately 1 hour. 55 minutes later Kevin told me my vehicle was done and processed me out. Very pleasant experience.

I had an 11:30 appointment for oil change and tire rotation. After pulling into the service bay, it took a little over 6 minutes to be greeted and there were no other customers present. It took a little over 1.5 hours to complete the service. My past GM dealership always had this service done in one hour. I think Jim Causley needs to raise the bar if they want to be competitive.

It was almost 2 hrs for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment.

Everything is always good every time i need an oil change. Always quick, everything is always looked over.

The dealership failed to “check in” the lease I turned in and GM financial now shows a balance due on the old lease as a result. ALso, I was not given any documentation (oDemeter statement) showing the lease was turned in. The finance person made we wait an extremely long time (over an hour) to see him when I was picking up the car - even though he did not appear to be busy - except for shooting the bull with his colleagues. Lastly, the car was delivered without full wiper fluid and has already required service to fix an issue with the air conditioner. I usually don’t answer these surveys. I have bought many cars. I will never use this dealership again. GM needs to address the performance of this dealership - it is bad for the brand.

I went for an oil change and tire rotation and that part of my visit was excellent. I did go into the showroom to look at the new enclave as my lease ends in December. Jerry Bac(not sure of spelling) brought up an enclave and I did check it out. I asked what the payment would be and he said about $100.00 more I asked if that was the best he could do he asked if I had the car there and said that he would have the used car guy check it out and said that maybe I had some equity on my lease and maybe get a little better price. He told me he would call and let me know. He has not called and I felt as if he was not going to do anything because I was a woman and did not believe that I would be able to make a decision So I will not be coming back to Jim Causley for my new Buick.

Shanna, as always, made the experience quick and painless! She listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect vehicle.

What is the point of having an appointment if it is going to take 1& 1/2 hours to get a simple oil change!?

Brennan helped me with looking at my car and it was really smooth. I told him what I wanted and he looked around and found me the perfect car. I came in looking for an envision. He showed me the souped up one and then I requested a cheaper version but with the projector if it’s an option. He found me exactly what I asked for.

Great group of people working on my car

I usually wait 1 hour for service when I have an appointment. This time I waited 2 hours and the waiting room was completely full. They were very overbooked.

Brendan made my experience exciting! My favorite salesman had left which was a disappointment but Bredan made up for that. I think he had the sale when we said hello.

The wait to have the oil changed was way too long. If I would have known that, I would have left and came back another day. I also asked for Birthday gas, and that was not done, now I must come back another day.

should the air filter have been checked during the oil change? the next day we found out it was dirty and needed changing. First service man was not friendly at all. Kevin took over and was very nice. Multi point inspection is flawed. Never found that the suspension was in dangerously poor condition. Took it somewhere else the very next day and had to be repaired immediately.

Polite and fast service

I talked to Josh in the service dept and told him the issues i was having and he took the car, saw that I had a ride home after graciously helping this senior citizen get into the transport vehicle. The problem was found and repaired and after oil maintenance was done my car was ready after 2 days. I have always had great service from their service dept. They have always answered any questions i may have and offered friendly tips to consider. I truly believe Josh and his service people need a commendation as they've always gone above and beyond in my book.

It started out as just window shopping, just walking through the parking lot checking out the new Acadia’s, as my wife’s lease was up soon. I had Brenden approach me, and was friendly, polite and not your typical salesman. I did a little “shopping” and after a few days we purchased a new Acadia AT4, from Jim Causley, because of our salesman, Brenden! Sincere, honest and helpful, and NOT pushy! Which I personally liked.

Came in to have some windshield wipers repaired stay for two hours it rained and the wipers never was renewed. My dad is 78 years old. He could have really got hurt by you all not renewing the windshield wipers so yes, I am very upset and don’t trust what you all say you’re gonna do Because he could’ve really got hurt trusting that you are changed the wipers something that simple

As usual the employees are all friendly and knowledgeable of your needs. The service center also has a clean and comfortable waiting area.

Dropped off truck for grill recall and replacement. Took a loaner vehicle. Was called the next afternoon to be told the replacement part was damaged. Returned loaner and picked up truck. Wasted my time on two days. Quite disappointing.

Your service advisors who take care of the paperwork are always friendly. This time I dealt with Kevin Meservy and I found him to be very helpful when I was in need of new tires and an engine and cabin filter. I had come in the week previously for an oil change/tire rotation. The visit you are referring to was a follow up to that oil change/tire rotation visit.

I was in need of routine maintenance including new tires in between business trips. The service staff was able to arrange a plan suitable for both their and my needs which resulted with successful completion of the work required. Excellent work by Kevin Meservy and the Team at Jim Causley Buick GMC!
