I returned to Jim Causley for the 2nd time to the Service Center for transmission maintenance. I spoke with Jason, the service manager, and he was very thorough and efficient. He listened to my concerns and kept me informed about the status of my car. He did not try to sell me other products. He save me about $1000 and a diagnostic fee when I explained I had an issue with a squeaking steering wheel. He advised that he wouldn't have that repaired himself because it's a non-saftey issue. I appreciated his honesty and would come back in the future.
