Took my Buick Lucern in to Causley and was...

Took my Buick Lucern in to Causley and was treated very well. Had had an accident backing into my niece's car. Huge bump in my lest bumper. I also needed an oil change and some diagnostic for a rattle in the right front bumper. It was a strut that had become loose. They immediately provided me with a loner to drive. I took it in on Wednesday and they sent it to the service department while the body shop was getting ready to work on it. I had the car with everything fixed early Monday AM. I am a priest and it was the last week before my third retirement and I really was accommodated very by a great staff at both departments. Thank you so much. Fr. Bob Blondell

Brought in my 2011 Buick Lucern for body...

Brought in my 2011 Buick Lucern for body work on a dent in the fender extending to backup sensor on the left. I also needed an oil change and examination of a rattle in the left front. I was given quick attention in the body shop and a loaner (new Encore to use while the work was being done). To facilitate my getting my car back sooner, it was sent immediately to service to do their work (oil change, tire rotation, new I took the car in on Wednesday and they called early Monday for me to pick it up. Bought a 2013 Terrain from Mark Adani. Extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous! Got exactly what I wanted, and Mark went out of his way to make me comfortable and satisfied with the buying experience. Already bought another vehicle from him for my son. I brought my car in for service and a recall notice on my 2011 Acadia. I made an appointment and Jason Hughes was my advisor. I live approximately 37 miles from the dealership but service keeps me coming back because it is A plus and so is Jason. This is not the first time I have had Jason as an advisor and I look forward to his presence, knowledge and professionalism when I bring my car in for service. Sales is great but you encounter service more and and that is what keeps one coming back. If they lose you in service then you probably will not come back to purchase or lease a car. I came to Jim Causley because of a horrible experience with a dearlership closer to my home. Thanks for great service from the beginning through car maintenance.
